Free in-store pick-up or local delivery available with installation. Local delivery includes unbox, install and removal of previous appliance or electronics item being replaced.

Q: Are all of your items you sell new?

A: Yes. Every item we stock and sell is brand new directly from the manufacturer. We do not sell used or refurbished items.

Q: Do you sell scratch-and-dent items for a greater discount?

A: Absolutely! Every item we sell is brand new, however if we advertise an item at a greater discount because it has a non-impacting dent or scratch, we will divulge multiple photographs so that you can see exactly what it is that you are getting. We will never sell an item with a cosmetic blemish without first allowing you to see every angle and ask any question you may have. Additionally, we will not sell an item that is dented that could potentially have an impact on its performance.

Q: Do you have a layaway program?

A: Yes, we offer a layaway program with 0% interest. You pay off your item as you can and we will hold your item until you are ready to receive it.

Q: Do you offer financing?

A: Yes, we have a financing program for our customers. The application takes only a few minutes to fill out and we have the answer back almost immediately as to how much you are qualified for and what your interest rate will be.

Q: Are you open Sundays?

A: Yes, we are open Sundays, both online and in our local Arizona store, however, we do not offer delivery on Sundays. Monday through Saturday we are happy to accomodate your delivery.

A: We own all of our properties, which allows us to bypass the expensive mortgage or rental payments that other "big box" stores have. This allows us to offer amazing brand-name quality for much less! Additionally, we shop our competition to ensure that you are truly getting the best prices around town, even when compared to their "sale" prices!!!
